In accordance with the letter No. 73/ PBCC/ LHR dated 23.7.2005 issued by the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen, Camp at Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education , Lahore, It is hereby clarified that Secondary School Certificate granted to a candidate who has earned “ E” grade or above in all the subjects (i.e. no “ F “ grade in any subject) under the No Pass / No Fail Scheme ( Session 2002-2004) is equivalent to a Secondary School Certificate granted to a candidate who has obtained in all the subjects 33 % or more of total marks allocated to each subject under the pass / fail scheme in vogue before Secondary School Certificate ( Annual ) Examination, 2004.
