Notification No. 3 Dated 15-08-2005.

In anticipation to the approval of Board, the following bye laws for the issuance of Duplicate/ Triplicate Certificates of Secondary School Certificate and Intermediate Examinations are hereby notified for information and compliance with immediate effect:-

1. For issuance of Duplicate Certificates, the Secretary, B.I.S.E.will be the “authority” whereas Triplicate Certificate will be issued with the approval of Chairman.
2. The contents of the Duplicate or Triplicate Certificate, as the case may be,(Application form , Admission Form, Result Gazette and Result Sheet) will be checked /verified by the”autherity” himself or by his nominee.
3. No Triplicate Certificate will be issued unless a public notice is got published by the candidate in National Newspaper. The press clipping will be attached with the application for issuance of Triplicate Certificate.
4. No certificate after issuance of “Triplicate Certificate” will be issued by the Board.
5. Duplicate/Triplicate Certificate of regular candidates will be sent through registered mail to their respective Institutions.
6. Duplicate/Triplicate Certificate of Private Candidates will be dispatched under registered cover at their permanent addresses.
7. The “authority” is empowered to allow the delivery of Duplicate/Triplicate Certificate to the Candidate by hand, in special hardship cases. However, in such cases the signatures of the candidates will be authenticated by the Board Officers/Employees of BS.17and above and their names and designations will be recorded in the relevant file.
8. The Duplicate/Triplicate Certificate with normal Fee may not be issued on the date of application.
